SURVEY & DESIGN
All great solutions must start with a properly executed Survey followed by a Design to meet or exceed the client’s operational requirements and budget.
While ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) schedules and pricing can be established after some minimal details are provided to afford a general design framework and a broad level of pricing visibility, a well-founded Project Scope, Project Timeline and Project Cost will flow naturally from a properly executed Survey and Design process.
The Survey and Design process includes, but is not limited to:
- Consultation with the client including On-site Surveys of all project locations.
- Determine the system goals and the role Patronus Laboratories Corp. is to play in the overall project, i.e.:
- RFQ Response and bid
- Architecture and Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Installation
- Commissioning
- Operation
- Training
- Life Cycle Management
- Determine the system goals and the role Patronus Laboratories Corp. is to play in the overall project, i.e.:
The Survey and Design stage will result in a comprehensive Report which will stipulate in detail all of the parameters necessary for the client to evaluate the viability of the project and all of the specifications the client will require to publish a RFQ (Request for Quote) to qualified companies. This report will also outline the qualifications and capabilities a supplier must possess in order to efficiently complete the provision, installation, commission, training and life cycle management of the solution.
The cost to perform an effective Survey and Design varies on the size and complexity of the project. Individual clients will be provided quotes to complete the Survey and Design Phase.
